CHALLENGE

The world has reached a "Thermal Debt" crisis.Emissions reductions alone are no longer sufficient to prevent systemic ecological collapse. We face a "Scalability Gap"—while technologies for removing carbon from the sky and oceans exist, they are currently too expensive, energy-intensive, and geographically fragmented to make a global impact. Without a unified strategic framework for Direct Air Capture (DAC) and solar radiation management, our climate response remains reactive, lacking the industrial scale required to move the needle on a planetary level.
