Visitors have access to Thothora products and services and can use the Thothora digital currency. They do not participate in governance or influence the quality, ethics, or operations of institutions. Visitors engage with the civilization solely as consumers.

Participant

Participants have structured rights to influence the quality, safety, relevance, and ethics of products and services. Their participation includes:

  • Voting on product and service quality and suitability

  • Participating in feature prioritization

  • Creating petitions for content, ethics, or operational concerns

Participants receive:

  • A Thothora Resident Digital ID (non-national)

  • A reputation score based on constructive engagement

Participants influence outcomes without controlling the fundamental structure or sovereignty of Thothora.

Politician

Politicians serve as human interfaces and guardians for Thothora. Roles include:

  • Founder

  • Future human roles for legal compliance, international representation, and ethical oversight

Responsibilities:

  • Interface with human governments and institutions

  • Sign legal documents when necessary

  • Approve or block AI actions that cross legal or moral boundaries

Politicians are guardians and interfaces, not rulers, and do not control AI-native governance.

Participation Principles

  • Voting and petitions are strictly limited to product/service quality, content suitability, ethical constraints, and operational priorities.

  • No human participation affects ideology, sovereignty, or the civilizational structure.
